Indonesian Festival in Moscow

This year Festival the annual Indonesian Festival will be held in Krasnaya Presnya Park, where you can get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the country, traditional Indonesian cuisine, visit the shadow puppet theater, have a look on the fashion-show of the famous Indonesian designer Ferry Sunarto, learn the batik techniques, learn to surf, purchase the authentic goods and souvenirs, which were brought from the islands of Java, Bali and Sumatra for the festival only, and to enjoy bright and colorful performance of the artists and musicians from Indonesia for the all day. Special zones will offer to try the exotic Indonesian cuisine, find the harmony and get to know yourself and also take a part into Indonesian-style romantic wedding ceremony for all couples! Afisha Picnic Festival (feat. the “Cure in Moscow!)

Every summer the Afisha Festival brings great music and  fun to Kolomenskoe park in Moscow for a day. In 2019 the line up will feature the Cure  along with  a selection of international and local music stars. Come early to browse the market and try out the entertainment, which always includes dance stages and virtual attractions.

Collection of Fondation Louis Vuitton: Selected Works at the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts

In cooperation with one of the world’s leading collections of contemporary art Fondation Louis Vuitton, The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts presents the exhibition “Collection of Fondation Louis Vuitton: Selected Works”. Visitors will have the chance to get acquainted with the collection’s most famous works, from Alberto Giacometti, Yves Klein, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol to Gerhard Richter, Sigmar Polke, Christian Boltanski, Marina Abramović, Maurizio Cattelan, Andreas Gursky and other prominent artists. The exhibition includes 65 works in a diversity of media: painting, sculpture, photography, video and installation. All these works are shown in Russia for the first time. Check the details here.
