Music Festival “Moscow Spring.A Capella”
May 1 – May 12
The festival encompasses more than 30 of special art and sports zones in the city centre. This year the theme of the festival is music. Hundreds of Russian and international artists will come up on stage. All guests may attend spectacular musicals, musical performances, various workshops, thematic musical tours and the special art program dedicated to the Victory Day on May 9 !The main stages and pavilions will be placed at Kuznetsky Most, Tverskaya Square, Rozhdestvenka street, Ploshad Revolutsii.Entrance is free!

The “Swan Lake” ballet with brilliant music by Pyotr Tchaikovsky is currently the most famous ballet in the world, and a symbol of the Russian ballet. The base of the story is an old German legend telling about a beautiful princess Odette turned into a swan by the curse of an evil wizard Rothbart.
The “Swan Lake” is an ever young lyrical charm of a classic dance inspired plasticity of pattern, a mysterious harmony of music and choreography. Check the other big events of May in Moscow!
The annual Victory Day celebrations usually culminate in a grand fireworks show at 10 p.m. Fireworks are set alight from dozens of different locations around the city. Anyone hoping to maximize their experience are advised to watch the show from the prime viewing locations in the city centre.
The March – May 9
The Immortal Regiment march will kick off in Moscow at 14.00 near the “Dinamo” metro station. In 2018 the city streets saw over 800,000 participants, which has become an absolute record for the event. See how it looked last year.

Cosmic Concert at Moscow’s Planetarium
May 11 – May 12
Under the starry 3D cupola, the musicians will play the cosmic music of Frank Sinatra.

The Moscow Planetarium is the largest in Europe, though many citizens remember it being constantly closed for technical work. The newly reconstructed space complex consists of a theme park, entertainment complex with 4D cinema, theatre, 3d installation halls, theatre and concert hall, and an observation laboratory.
Moscow Restaurant Festival
April 20 – May 10
“The Moscow Gastronomic Festival” opened with 150 restaurants welcoming clients to special contestant set-menus from their master chefs.One of the best attractions of the menus are the prices: customers can taste the main dishes of Moscow’s fanciest restaurants at significantly discounted prices!
